The staff were amazing and made us feel so welcome. The room was spacious enough for four people and the breakfast was delicious. the location was perfect for those who enjoy skiing as it was just a short walk to the slopes.
That the hotel's main entrance was locked, and we had to use a key to enter. This made it difficult when carrying a lot of luggage in the rain.

The location of the hotel was ideal for our skiing vacation as it was just a short 5-minute walk to the slopes. This made it very convenient for us to get to the ski area and enjoy our time on the slopes. the room we stayed in was comfortable and spacious, providing enough space for all four of us. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. the breakfast served in the morning was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options to start our day.
One aspect of the hotel that was a bit disappointing was the limited options for bottled water. It would have been nice to have the choice of still or sparkling water, as we had requested still water twice but received lightly carbonated water instead.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beds were very good, ensuring a comfortable sleep after a day of skiing. The staff were extremely friendly, making us feel very welcome. They were always there to assist us with any questions or requests. The hotel facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Moreover, the location of the hotel, just a 5-minute walk from the ski slopes, was perfect for a skiing vacation.

We had a fantastic time in this city break hotel! the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and offered us advice on the best local activities. the location was perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions and close to the slopes. This was very convenient for our skiing vacation. we particularly enjoyed the breakfast and dinner in the restaurant which was of excellent quality.
There were a few minor things that could have been improved. the reception door was locked by default, which meant we had to use the key to get in every time we returned, which was slightly inconvenient.
